Seagate HDD SATA Reset but Long to Be Ready

Patient HDD Symptom:

In the com terminal, the drive outputs SATA reset and it shows the drive doesn’t have major firmware corruption but the problem is that the patient hdd doesn’t get ready and users need to wait for a long time to be ready.
