Samsung Head Error Terminal

There are two recent remote support for Dolphin users on two Samsung laptop hdd cases, both drives keep busy and they have the following terminal messages:

First one after the user opened the drive, it is head damage, second one, the heads stuck on the platter, not returning to the parking ramp. After head swap for the first case and after moving carefully the heads back to parking ramp, the two cases were fixed.

Head tools used for head swap: Hard Drive Ramp Toolkit Pro.

Disk imaging tools used: DFL-SRP USB3.0 for data recovery
