For most normal DVR/CCTV HDDs or SD cards, the capacity can be detected in the windows disk management but showing as not initialized. For few normal DVR/CCTV HDDs or SD cards, they use common file systems such as FAT32, EXT3, EXT4, etc, users can view the video files normally but in case of deleted videos, formatted videos or in case of data loss caused by video surveillance device or hdd initialization, common data recovery software or tools cannot get the lost videos back at all. I have tired with the Trial version and got recovered preview videos. While I play the preview videos it moves quicks or running frames. Is any limitation in trail version or once the license purchase can we resolve this issue and any chance more footages available.

Dear DFL CCTV Data Recovery Team,
We recently performed a recovery on a 4TB WD NVR hard disk that had a dead issue after swap 4tb hard disk completely. Using my existing data recovery tools, we successfully retrieved 1.47TB of data.
However, when I tested your software, it showed only 24GB of data. I would like to understand if purchasing your software would allow us to recover the remaining data (approximately 3.6TB) that we believe is still present on the drive.

Due to the hard drive being full and writing data onto it again, we cannot access our historical footage from the past month. Is there a way for us to access this? Do your devices allow for this? Many companies claim it’s impossible because data is overwritten. Can you assist us in this matter? Do we have any chance of accessing our old data?
