Chinese New Year is approaching, please be kindly informed that Dolphin Data Lab Headquarter will be closed for this holiday from February 3 to February 10. And will re-open on Monday, February 11. 2019.
To be more convenient business contact and support service for our distinguished customers, we have made below arrangement for this coming holiday:
- Remote technical support service will be handled as usual during the holiday
- Data recovery tool related enquiry will be answered normally throughout the holiday period.
- Since DHL courier service will be closed on Sunday, February 3 and will resume operation on Monday, February 11. So all the product delivery will be arranged in line with DHL’s time schedule.

About Chinese New Year
Chinese New Year is also known as Chinese Lunar New Year or Spring Festival. It is equivalent to Westerner’s Christmas season. This year it falls on February 5, 2019 (February 4 is the Chinese New Year Eve).
Chinese New Year is the most important holiday for us. Before the celebration, we traditionally clean own houses thoroughly, and also display traditional New Year’s decorations. This festival is a time for family to get together and reunion. So we often visit relatives and friends, do some shopping, watch traditional Chinese New Year events, launch fireworks, and plan for the coming year.
