CIH Virus Attacked HDD Data Recovery by DFL DDP Data Recovery Tool

Our data recovery lab had received one data recovery case on one Seagate laptop hdd with CIH virus attacked and the hdd couldn’t be detected in disk management. When the defective hdd is connected to pc, it is running very slowly.

This kind of virus may either damage the hdd partition table or PCB bios.

The case we receive is partition table corrupted by the virus and it’s almost one connect-and-recover case. The engineer simply connect the virus defected hdd to DFL-SRP data recovery hardware, enter the file extraction interface, the DDP program listed all the partitions automatically and all files there remained intact.
